Alternatively, you may choose your own custom Exercise with links!
Execute your workout Plan.
Keep record of your sets, repetitions and weights. Make note as you go.
Adjust your Plan as necessary, and keep tracks of your progress.
Be consistent and committed to your Plan.
Review your workout history and statistics.
